Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and promoting Saudielaf’s services to potential clients. This role will report directly to the Business Development Manager and will follow his sales strategy plans.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with the Business Development Manager’s plans.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project management teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or facility management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Saudi Arabian nationality is required.
