Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance our marketing efforts. This role will report directly to the Marketing Specialist and collaborate closely with various teams to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and presentations.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure that all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that meet business objectives.
• Digital Assets: Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including website graphics and social media imagery.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve design concepts.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends and best practices to keep our visual communication fresh and innovative.
• File Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets and files for easy access and retrieval.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the construction or facility management industry.
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
